Description

The Brook Advisory Centres - commonly known just as Brook -provide free and confidential sexual health advice and services specifically for young people under 25. They provide a free helpline and a 24hr information line with recorded information.

Information is also available via a secure on-line enquiry service and a text messaging service. Text BROOK HELP to 81222 (or get instructions from the website).These services are available Monday to Friday 0900 - 1700 hrs.

Outside these hours you can call: Sexwise for under 19s only open 7.00am to midnight (every day except Christmas day) on 0800 28 29 30 or NHS Direct for all ages, for medical advice 24 hours a day on 0845 46 47 (local call rate).

Ask Brook is a free and confidential helpline for young people under 25 - 0808 802 1234 (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm)
