ChildLine is the free, confidential helpline for children and young people in the UK. Children and young people can call to talk about any problem. The lines are staffed by counsellors who are always there to help. For example, there is lots of advice for children and young people who are being bullied or abused. ChildLine is a service provided by the NSPCC.
For adults, when you think a child needs protection, Call 0808 800 5000, text 88858 or visit www.nspcc.org.uk/helpline. They are open 24/7 by phone and online. It's free and you don't have to say who you are.
