This website is targeted at smokers who wish to give up. It provides advice, information and the support that smokers need to stop and stay stopped.

There are lots of downloadable leaflets and others can be ordered free of charge. The FAQ section is very useful and there is an additional "ask an expert" scheme on trial, where you can email your questions to advice specialists. There are tips on how to stop smoking during pregnancy and a section with advice and information for young people.

There is a section directed at South Asian smokers and separate confidential helplines for speakers of Urdu, Punjabi, Gujarati, Hindi and Bengali.
