Healthwise Information Service

Description

Healthwise is a free and confidential health information service, funded by the NHS, for the North-West region and Cambridge and Huntingdon. Operators can give information on subjects ranging from medical conditions and treatments, to the availability of specialist help in the NHS or with other agencies, and your rights under the Patient's Charter. Free leaflets are available on request.
