Help the Aged provides practical support to help older people live independent lives. Their most popular advice leaflets and information sheets are available as web pages and other information is available in PDF or text format. Their publications cover financial information, housing and home safety, health, leisure and background briefings. There is a huge amount of other helpful information on the website or available by post. Alternatively, advice is offered by the trained advisers who staff Seniorline, the confidential helpine.

SeniorLink is an immediate telephone response service that puts you in touch with someone who can help at the touch of a button.

It could make the difference between life and death or simply serve as someone to talk to for reassurance and advice.
