Description

Home-Start helps to increase the confidence and independence of families by visiting families in their own homes reassuring parents that their childcare (under 5's) problems are not unusual, encouraging parents' strengths and emotional well-being for the ultimate benefit of their children and trying to get the fun back into family life.

Home-Start places trained volunteers alongside parents and support is tailored to the needs of the family and is provided for as long as the family needs it.

Support is free, confidential and non-judgemental.
