Description

Supports carers and those who have illness, disability or infirmity. It covers all ages. It offers respite breaks, lunch clubs, personal care, overnight service, palliative expertise, Young Carers Project, children's clubs etc.

Crossroads Care Cambridgeshire and Macmillan Cancer Support have formed a working partnership to deliver care and palliative support within the Huntingdonshire area. See their separate entry.

Please note that the Crossroads Care Cambridgeshire offices in Peterborough and Wisbech have now closed but services in these areas will still be provided.
