Assist provides a confidential service to give counselling, support, understanding and friendship for anyone affected by post-traumatic stress disorder.

They offer a help/support line, regular telephone support, telephone counselling, face to face support and counselling, psycho-social support, drop-in centre and a library (has a postal charge.)
