Description

Abapstas is a national voluntary and campaigning organisation whose members are blind and partially sighted people interested in education and training.

It offers advice and information, newsletters, and a magazine four times a year. This gives information about the work of current campaigns, individual experiences as well as news and opinions.

It advises educational establishments, voluntary agencies, local and central Government on issues concerning blind and partially sighted people.

It also has two e-mail support groups for students and teachers.
