Action for Blind People

Description

A national charity that provides practical support to blind and partially sighted people through work, housing, leisure and support.

Factsheets are available to individuals: via email, in braille and on tape.

If you are aged between 8 and 16, blind or partially sighted and keen to play sport, get fit, make friends or to have fun, the Actionnaires clubs could be what you’re looking for. They offer free multi-sports sessions run by professional coaches for blind and partially sighted children and young people of all abilities.

Email actionnaires@afbp.org.

Action for Blind People and RNIB have brought together their helpline services, giving you access to an even wider source of knowledge and expertise, all from a single number. Get in touch with your local Action team through the Helpline
