A charity and independent advocacy agency.
It provides generic advocacy in Hertfordshire and Independant Complaints Advocacy Service (ICAS) in the East of England, West Midlands and London regions. ICAS is advocacy support to people who choose to make a formal complaint about the NHS.
POhWER services are free, confidential and available to people who are 16 years old and above.
