Description
No. 37 is a community house located in the Kings Hedges ward, off Campkin Rd, Cambridge. The house is owned by City Homes North but managed on a day-to-day basis by the King's Hedges Neighbourhood Partnership with support from council staff.
The house has a small counselling room and one larger meeting space for up to 20 people, which can be divided into two smaller meeting spaces. There is a small kitchen on the ground floor with fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities.
Disabled parking bays can be found in front of the nearby Campkin Road shops and there is ramped access to the front entrance and a stair lift to the upper floor. A disabled toilet is available on the ground floor.
There is an induction loop in the upper meeting rooms and braille signage throughout the building. Free, time-limited counselling is available to people living in King's Hedges, Arbury or East Chesterton and who are registered with any Cambridge City GP practices.
