Family Link Centre
Description
A service for families with a disabled child who live in Cambridgeshire. Families are linked to carers who can give them a break by offering the child regular, planned care in the carer's home for possibly a weekend each month, or sometimes for a few hours. Access to services via the Children's Disability Social Work Teams in Cambridge, Huntingdon & Wisbech.
