East Anglia's Children's Hospices aim to maximise the quality of life for children and young people with life-threatening or life-limiting conditions, their families and all those who are special to them. The organisation seeks to provide family-centred care and support, from diagnosis to death and beyond, which is responsive to changing needs and given in the most appropriate environment. The Hospices work in partnership with the young person and their family, and the relevant statutory and voluntary agencies.
