Description

CDA is working with Deaf people to maximise access to information that is available so that Deaf people in Cambridgeshire are able to take informed decisions about their responsibilities and rights as citizens.

CDA are also involved in setting up British Sign Language (BSL) classes held at local colleges.

Successful completion of the course and examination leads to recognized qualifications in BSL.

Services include: Drop-Ins, Lunchtime Club, Deaf Church service (signed), British Sign Language Courses, Befriending Scheme, Deaf/Hearing Club, Supporting Deaf People Project which supports Deaf people with issues related to housing, tenancy's, claiming benifits, budgeting and correspondance.
