Description
After suffering a rare facial cancer Christine Piff would have appreciated someone to share her experience with whilst she was undergoing surgery, but there was no one. After appearing in a television programme Christine launched “Let’s Face It’’ a Support Network for the facially disfigured to enable them to share their experiences and support and help one another by passing on information and advice on ways to cope with individual problems.
The response to the programme was overwhelming and the Network has grown considerably not only in the UK but all over the world, with the support and help of professionals who work in this field.
