Description
Meldreth Manor is a residential school catering for pupils with cerebral palsy and severe or profound and multiple learning difficulties.
It also offers an outreach service called CREATING CONNECTIONS which is a person-centred, inclusive approach for people with complex needs. It is staffed by a multidisciplinary team of experienced profesionals at Meldreth Manor who specialise in support of young people with profound and complex needs.
The scheme focuses on working with staff and families to support an inclusive approach to education and leisure for children and adults with complex learning difficulties including those with sensory impairments.
